After accepting the offer, I will conduct further interviews with the relevant clientele (usually the managers of the participants, HR representatives, etc.), and the participants will also fill out a preliminary questionnaire about their experience and expectations on the topic. I then develop the scenario of the training, so I can develop fully customized training programs aimed at individual development.
